Creates an authorization request to start a social connection. On success will retunr the verification_id to use in any second step of the social connection selected.

• scope can only be one value
• validation_field and arguments values can vary on each endpoint, the are used in Nostr and Wallet social conenctions, refer to examples to see how they are used.
